Join us in promoting the art of storytelling!   

Story Arts of Minnesota promotes storytelling and supports and develops storytellers across Minnesota and beyond. SAM is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Funding for our programs and resources comes primarily from our members in the form of annual dues and donations. Standard membership in SAM costs $35 per year. However, we also have a pay-what-you-can option so you may set your annual contribution at less or more than $35, as your personal finances allow.

Every dollar of your dues goes to support our mission. Besides helping storytelling to flourish in our state, you’ll receive direct benefits from joining: a listing (if you choose) in SAM’s directory of storytellers; reduced admission to SAM-sponsored programs; and a 10% discount on membership in the National Storytelling Network.
