ONLINE: Storycrafting Fundamentals, taught by Laura Packer

This online workshop, led by Minnesota-based storyteller Laura Packer, is offered through the Mid-Continent Public Library.

Writer and storyteller Laura Packer will explore character development, story structure, point of view, understanding your audience, and other story crafting techniques. This class includes lecture, exercises, discussion, sharing, and optional homework. Designed for creative writers and storytellers, this class doesn’t require previous writing or storytelling experience. This class is part of the Oral and Written Storytelling Certificate Programs.

Program registration will close 30 minutes prior to the start of the program. Participants will be emailed a Zoom access code 30 minutes before the start of the program, so please include your email in the registration. Please note: You must sign into the room prior to the start of the program. Admittance to the classroom will close five minutes after the program's start time. Space is limited.
